For a smoother hummus, peel the skins off the garbanzo beans before blending. The oil that the sun-dried tomatoes are packed in is flavorful – try drizzling a little on top of the finished hummus! If you don't have red onion, white or yellow onion will also work. This hummus can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
