Remove from the oven and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. (2 minutes)

For extra flavor, toss the Brussels sprouts with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar before roasting.
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses. Pecorino Romano or Asiago would also be delicious.
If you don't have a steamer, you can boil the Brussels sprouts instead. Just be sure not to overcook them.
Ensure the Brussels sprouts are dry before roasting to achieve maximum crispiness.
