For the most vibrant flavor, use freshly squeezed lemon juice.
The dressing can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Be sure to shake well before using.
Adjust the amount of dressing to your preference. Some prefer a lighter coating, while others enjoy a more generous dressing.
Feel free to add other fresh vegetables like cucumbers, bell peppers, or Kalamata olives.
