For a smoother sauce, you can use an immersion blender to partially blend the mango mixture before adding the honey and vinegar. Adjust the amount of chili pepper to your preferred level of spiciness. Fresh mango is best, but you can use frozen mango in a pinch. Thaw it completely before using. A pinch of red pepper flakes can be added for extra heat.
