Follow The Directions

01

Step
1 mins

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. (1 minute)

02

Step
2 mins

Add the chopped garlic and onion, then sauté until fragrant and translucent. (2 minutes)

03

Step
5 mins

Introduce the sliced carrots, celery, bay leaves, thyme sprigs, shredded chicken, and chicken broth to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil. (5 minutes)

04

Step
10 mins

Once boiling, add the No Yolks® Extra Broad Noodles. Reduce the heat to medium and allow the soup to simmer gently until the noodles are tender. (10 minutes)

05

Step

Remove the bay leaves and thyme sprigs from the soup.

06

Step

Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.

For an even richer flavor, consider using homemade chicken broth. You can also add other vegetables such as potatoes, peas, or corn to customize the soup to your liking.
To prevent the noodles from becoming too soft, add them during the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
