For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a tablespoon of sun-dried tomato pesto to the lamb mixture. If you don't have green tomatoes, red tomatoes work just as well. You can also add some roasted red peppers to the burger. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the yogurt sauce. The yogurt sauce can be made a day ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
