In a shallow dish or resealable bag, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. (5 minutes)

Add the meat to the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated on all sides. (2 minutes)

Cover the dish or seal the bag, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, turning or shaking occasionally to ensure even marination. (2 hours+)

For the best results, marinate the meat overnight to allow the flavors to fully penetrate.
Adjust the salt and pepper according to your preference, keeping in mind that the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce already contribute saltiness.
This marinade also works beautifully with chicken or turkey.
If using a resealable bag, squeeze out any excess air before sealing to ensure maximum contact between the marinade and the meat.
