Sprinkle with the remaining uncolored cookie crumbs. Hang the remaining candy over one side of the litter box, and sprinkle the remaining green crumbs over it. Serve the cake with the new kitty litter scoop. (Prep time: 10 minutes)

For an extra touch of realism, consider using a clean, new kitty litter box and scoop.
Adjust the amount of pudding to achieve the desired moistness – you want it to resemble damp litter, but not be soupy.
If you don't have a food processor, you can crush the vanilla sandwich cookies in a resealable bag using a rolling pin.
Get creative with the placement of the chocolate candies to make them look as realistic (and disgusting) as possible.
