For richer flavor, consider adding a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce to the marinade. If you don't have a grill, you can broil the ribs in the oven for a similar effect. Place the cooked ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and broil for a few minutes per side, watching closely. These ribs can also be prepared in a slow cooker. Place the marinated ribs in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. Then broil them to brown them before serving.

May 9, 2025I tried the slow cooker method and it worked perfectly. So convenient to come home to a ready-made dinner.

May 6, 2025Absolutely delicious! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and the marinade gave them a fantastic flavor.
