If you don't have a grill-safe pan, you can use a regular baking sheet covered tightly with aluminum foil. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the brown sugar mixture. To test for doneness, insert a fork into the thickest part of a cauliflower slice. It should be tender but not mushy.
