Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray 40 muffin cups with cooking spray. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Combine sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. (2 minutes)

03

Step

Brush both sides of flour tortilla pieces with melted butter; sprinkle each with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Gently fit each tortilla piece into a prepared muffin cup, shaping the tortilla to make a shell. (15 minutes)

04

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until tortilla shells are golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. (10 minutes)

05

Step

Beat milk, cream cheese, and pudding mix in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth; fold in whipped topping. (5 minutes)

06

Step

Fill each tortilla shell with about 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top each with a maraschino cherry. (10 minutes)

For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar for the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Store filled tortilla cups in the refrigerator to keep them fresh and the filling firm.
You can use different flavors of pudding mix, such as chocolate or butterscotch, to change the taste of the filling.
Garnish with chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra touch.

The tortilla shells got a bit soggy after a while. I recommend serving these soon after filling them.
