Steep the black tea bag in 1 cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength is achieved. (5 minutes)

Stir in the orange zest, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, sugar, almond extract, ground ginger, ground cloves, and honey. Mix well to combine all the flavors. (5 minutes)

Gently fold in the peeled and chopped orange pieces. (3 minutes)

Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or until the gelatin is fully set. (180 minutes)

For a richer flavor, use milk instead of water to steep the tea.
Adjust the amount of sugar or honey to your preference.

For a vegan option, use agar-agar powder instead of gelatin.
