Add turkey sausage and chopped onion; cook, breaking up the sausage with a spoon, until sausage is browned and onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Add chopped broccoli florets, diced red bell pepper, and diced green bell pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spoon the sausage and vegetable mixture evenly over the cauliflower tots in the prepared dish. (15 minutes)
