Follow The Directions

01

Step
0 mins

Step 1: Preparation is key. Gather all of your ingredients to ensure a smooth cooking process.

02

Step
5 mins

Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and Buffalo-style hot sauce. Mix until everything is well incorporated. Set aside. (5 minutes)

03

Step
10 mins

Step 3: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 6x20-inch rectangle using a rolling pin. Cut the dough into eight 3x5-inch rectangles. (10 minutes)

04

Step
15 mins

Step 4: Lightly brush the edges of each dough rectangle with water. Place about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each rectangle. Roll the dough over the filling to create a 3 1/2x1 1/2-inch log. Pinch the sides to seal the rolls. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (15 minutes)

05

Step
7 mins

Step 5: Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 2 minutes. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Working in batches, carefully place the pizza rolls around the edges of the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook until they are golden brown, approximately 7 minutes per batch.

06

Step
5 mins

Step 6: While the pizza rolls are cooking, in a small bowl, stir together the melted unsalted butter and ranch dressing mix until well combined. Once the pizza rolls are cooked, brush them with the seasoned butter. (5 minutes)

07

Step
0 mins

Step 7: Serve immediately with your choice of ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.

For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the chicken mixture.
If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake these in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Make sure to seal the edges of the rolls well to prevent the filling from leaking out during cooking.
Adjust the amount of Buffalo sauce to your preference for heat.
