For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate in the ganache. Make sure the custard filling is completely cooled before assembling the cake to prevent it from melting the ganache. If you don't have cake flour, you can make your own by using 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and filling the rest of the cup with all-purpose flour.
