For extra flavor, try adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a tablespoon of orange zest to the batter. If the batter seems too thick, add a tablespoon or two of milk to thin it out. If it's too thin, add a tablespoon or two of flour. Crêpes can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave before serving.
