Using a funnel, add cinnamon to a large bottle or container that can hold at least 8 cups. (1 minute)

02

Step
3 mins

Pour sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, coconut milk, evaporated milk, and rum through the funnel into the container. (3 minutes)

03

Step
2 mins

Seal the container tightly and shake vigorously or stir very well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is smooth. (2 minutes)

04

Step
1 hrs

Refrigerate the Coquito until well-chilled, for at least 1 hour, or preferably longer for flavors to meld. (60 minutes)

05

Step
1 mins

Shake or stir again before serving to ensure even consistency. Serve cold and enjoy! (1 minute)

For an extra layer of flavor, lightly toast the ground cinnamon in a dry pan for a minute before adding it to the mixture.
Adjust the amount of rum to your preference. For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum altogether or substitute with rum extract.
If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a splash of heavy cream or coconut cream.
Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick for an elegant touch.
Coquito can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
