During the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, top each patty with a slice of Colby cheese and allow it to melt. (3 minutes)

Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

For added flavor, consider adding a dash of Worcestershire sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the turkey mixture.
If you prefer, you can grill these burgers instead of baking them. Grill over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado. Or, enjoy them plain with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
