For a richer brownie base, use dark chocolate cocoa powder. Be careful not to overbake the cheesecake, as this can cause it to crack. If the top of the cheesecake starts to brown too quickly, tent it loosely with aluminum foil during the last 15-20 minutes of baking. Allowing the cheesecake to cool slowly in the oven (with the door ajar) after baking can help prevent cracking. For easier slicing, run a long, thin knife under hot water and dry it before each slice.

Jun 17, 2025I had some trouble with the crust being too crumbly. Next time, I'll try adding a bit more melted butter to help it hold together better. But overall, the cheesecake was delicious!

Jun 11, 2025I made this for a party and it was a huge hit! Everyone raved about it. The water bath is a little tricky, but totally worth the effort for the perfect cheesecake texture.

May 20, 2025I've made this recipe several times now, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I sometimes add a layer of homemade caramel sauce under the marshmallow topping for extra decadence.
