Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
10 mins

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly onto the bottom and about 1 1/2 inches up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. (10 minutes)

03

Step
5 mins

In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. (5 minutes)

04

Step
3 mins

Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared graham cracker crust. (3 minutes)

05

Step
45 mins

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center of the cheesecake is almost set but still has a slight wobble. Run a knife around the inside edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake from the sides. (45 minutes)

06

Step
4 hrs

Let the cheesecake cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. (240 minutes)

07

Step
3 mins

When ready to serve, preheat the broiler. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of miniature marshmallows and milk. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds, until the marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. (3 minutes)

08

Step
2 mins

Spread the melted marshmallow mixture evenly over the top of the chilled cheesecake. Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of marshmallows over the top. (2 minutes)

09

Step
2 mins

Broil the cheesecake, about 6 inches from the heat, for 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted. Watch carefully to prevent burning. (2 minutes)

10

Step
10 mins

Let the cheesecake cool for 10 minutes before carefully removing the sides of the springform pan. Garnish with semi-sweet chocolate chips before serving. (10 minutes)

For an extra layer of chocolate flavor, melt 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzle it over the graham cracker crust before adding the cheesecake filling.
If you don't have a kitchen torch, you can broil the marshmallows to get that toasted effect. Just keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
To prevent the crust from getting soggy, you can pre-bake it for 8-10 minutes at 350°F before adding the cheesecake filling.

This recipe was a hit! Everyone loved the combination of flavors and textures. I'll definitely be making it again!

  • Hanna Upton

I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out perfectly. The cheesecake was creamy, the crust was crunchy, and the marshmallows were perfectly toasted.

  • Melba Luettgenlakin

The marshmallow topping is a bit sweet, so I might reduce the amount of sugar in the cheesecake filling next time. Overall, a delicious dessert!
