For an extra layer of flavor, consider toasting some shredded coconut to sprinkle on top of the drinks. If you can't find the frozen Piña Colada mixer, you can substitute with 1/2 can of coconut cream and enough pineapple juice to equal one can's worth. Adjust the amount of ice to achieve your desired consistency; more ice will result in a thicker, more frozen drink. For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum and increase the amount of pineapple juice. You can also add a splash of coconut extract to enhance the coconut flavor.
