Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Press pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish. (5 minutes)

In a large bowl, whisk together the evaporated milk, brown sugar, Kahlua, corn syrup, cinnamon, salt, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger until smooth and well combined. (5 minutes)

Add the canned pumpkin and slightly beaten eggs to the mixture. Beat until fully incorporated, ensuring a smooth and creamy consistency. (3 minutes)

Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading evenly. (2 minutes)

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and continue baking until the center of the pie is just set, approximately 30 minutes. (40 minutes)

For a deeper Kahlua flavor, brush the baked pie crust with a tablespoon of Kahlua before adding the filling.
To prevent the crust from burning, cover the edges with foil during the last 15 minutes of baking.
Let the pie cool completely before slicing to allow the filling to fully set.
