Don't be afraid to add other vegetable scraps like leek tops, mushroom stems, or bell pepper cores for even more flavor. For a richer, deeper flavor, roast the vegetables in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes before adding them to the Instant Pot. If you don't have fresh herbs, you can substitute 1 teaspoon of dried thyme and 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary. Adjust the salt to your liking. Remember that the broth will concentrate as it cooks.
