Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, and chili powder. Mix until everything is well incorporated. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Shape the mixture into a ball. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve to allow the flavors to meld. (30 minutes)

03

Step

Just before serving, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the crushed nacho cheese-flavored corn chips, ensuring it's fully coated. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Place the cheese ball on a serving platter and insert the bell pepper stem into the top to mimic the appearance of a pumpkin stem. Serve immediately with crackers or tortilla chips.

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cheese mixture.
If you don't have a bell pepper stem, a pretzel stick or a small piece of celery can be used as a substitute.
To make ahead, prepare the cheese ball up to 2 days in advance and store it in the refrigerator.
