Follow The Directions

01

Step

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved. (1 minute)

03

Step

Taste the vinaigrette and adjust sweetness as needed by adding more sugar, a 1/4 teaspoon at a time, shaking well after each addition. (2 minutes)

For a richer flavor, use a high-quality raspberry vinegar.
If fresh mint isn't available, a pinch of dried mint can be substituted, but fresh is highly recommended.
This vinaigrette can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before each use.
