Pour in the Italian-style salad dressing, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag, removing any excess air, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 1 hour. (30-60 minutes)

Preheat an outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking. (5 minutes)

Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. (10 minutes)

Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear. This should take approximately 5 to 10 minutes per side. Ensure an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) is reached. (10-20 minutes)

Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

For best results, marinate the chicken for the full hour to allow the flavors to fully penetrate.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning.
