Follow The Directions

01

Step

Gather all ingredients. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a shallow bowl, thoroughly mix the sugar and cinnamon. Pour the melted butter into a separate shallow bowl. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Separate the biscuits and gently roll each piece of dough into a rope approximately 4 to 5 inches long. Carefully wrap each rope around a skewer. (10 minutes)

04

Step

Hold the skewers over a campfire or grill, slowly rotating them until the biscuit dough is evenly browned and cooked through, approximately 8 to 10 minutes.

05

Step

Dip each cooked biscuit into the melted butter, ensuring it's nicely coated, then dredge it generously in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. (5 minutes)

For an extra touch of flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom to the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
If you don't have skewers, you can also cook these directly on a well-greased grill grate, turning frequently.
Ensure the campfire embers are at a medium heat to prevent the biscuits from burning on the outside before they're cooked through.
