Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly coat a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a large bowl, gently combine the ground turkey, thoroughly drained spinach, feta cheese, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just mixed. Be careful not to overmix. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Roll the mixture into 24 equally sized meatballs. Place each meatball into a prepared muffin tin. (10 minutes)

04

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly golden, approximately 20 to 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should register at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). (25 minutes)

05

Step

Let them cool slightly before serving.

For enhanced flavor, consider adding a clove of minced garlic or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
To ensure the spinach is thoroughly drained, squeeze out excess moisture using paper towels or a clean kitchen towel. Excess moisture can result in soggy meatballs.
These meatballs can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking. Alternatively, bake and freeze for a later date. Reheat in a microwave, oven or air fryer.

Make sure to really squeeze out the spinach, otherwise they can be a bit watery.

These are so easy and my kids love them! I sneak in extra spinach and they don't even notice.

The feta adds such a nice tang. I never thought to put it in meatballs before!
