For extra crispy chicken, lightly spray the coated chicken pieces with cooking oil before air frying. If you prefer bone-in chicken, adjust the cooking time accordingly. Bone-in pieces will require longer cooking. Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your liking. A pinch of cayenne pepper can add a nice kick! Ensure the chicken is fully cooked by using a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
